Art. 24 Refund of unused premiums as part of the cash value

A reporting Swiss financial institution may treat the refund of unused premiums from a non-investment-linked cash value insurance contract or annuity contract as part of the cash value.

Art. 24 Rückerstattung nicht verbrauchter Prämien als Bestandteil des Barwerts

Ein meldendes schweizerisches Finanzinstitut kann die Rückerstattung nicht verbrauchter Prämien aus einem nicht an Kapitalanlagen gebundenen rückkaufsfähigen Versicherungsvertrag oder Rentenversicherungsvertrag als Bestandteil des Barwerts behandeln.
