Art. 20 Place of management

The place of management in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 2 letter b of the AEOIA is the place of effective administration in Switzerland.

Art. 20 Ort der Geschäftsleitung

Als Ort der Geschäftsleitung nach Artikel 5 Absatz 2 Buchstabe b AIAG gilt der Ort der tatsächlichen Verwaltung in der Schweiz.
