Art. 14 Dormant accounts

Reporting Swiss financial institutions may treat dormant accounts in accordance with Article 11 paragraph 6 letters a and b AEOIA that have a balance or value of no more than USD 1,000 at the end of the calendar year or another appropriate reporting period or at the time of account closure as excluded accounts in accordance with Article 4 paragraph 3 of the AEOIA.

Art. 14 Nachrichtenlose Konten

Meldende schweizerische Finanzinstitute können nachrichtenlose Konten nach Artikel 11 Absatz 6 Buchstaben a und b AIAG, bei denen der Kontostand oder -wert am Ende des Kalenderjahres oder eines anderen geeigneten Meldezeitraums oder im Zeitpunkt der Kontoauflösung höchstens 1000 US-Dollar beträgt, als ausgenommene Konten nach Artikel 4 Absatz 3 AIAG behandeln.
