Art. 74b

1 On request, the FOEN shall adjust the reduction obligation of CHP plant operators that apply for a refund of the CO2 levy in accordance with Article 96a.239

2 Applications must be submitted to the FOEN by 31 May of the following year.

3 Applications must contain information on:

a.
CO2 emissions in 2012 resulting from the measured production of electricity fed into the grid;
b.
the annual development of CO2 emissions resulting from the measured production of electricity fed into the grid.

4 The FOEN shall specify the form of the application.

Art. 74a Anrechnung von Bescheinigungen an das Emissionsziel

Emissionsverminderungen, für die Bescheinigungen nach den Artikeln 5 oder 12 Absatz 2 ausgestellt werden, gelten im Hinblick auf die Erfüllung des Emissionsziels als Treibhausgasemissionen der jeweiligen Betreiber von Anlagen.
