1 The Consultative Commission meets as necessary. Meetings are convened by the chairperson.
1bis The FTA attends the meetings of the Consultative Commissions in an advisory capacity.137
2 The FTA performs the administrative secretarial work and takes the minutes; the minutes shall include the recommendations of the Consultative Commissions and any majority and minority opinions.138

1 Das Konsultativgremium tagt nach Bedarf. Die Einladung erfolgt durch den Vorsitzenden oder die Vorsitzende.
1bis Die ESTV nimmt beratend an den Sitzungen des Konsultativgremiums teil.137
2 Die ESTV übernimmt die administrativen Sekretariatsaufgaben und führt das Protokoll; dieses enthält die Empfehlungen des Konsultativgremiums und allfällige Mehrheits- und Minderheitsmeinungen.138
