Art. 15 Implementation

1 The Federal Council is responsible for implementation. It shall enact the required transitional provisions.

2 The Federal Office for Customs and Border Security shall publish the Working Tariff.29

Art. 15 Vollzug

1 Der Bundesrat wird mit dem Vollzug beauftragt. Er erlässt die nötigen Übergangsbestimmungen.

2 Das Bundesamt für Zoll und Grenzsicherheit veröffentlicht den Gebrauchstarif.29

29 Fassung gemäss Ziff. I 17 der V vom 12. Juni 2020 über die Anpassung von Gesetzen infolge der Änderung der Bezeichnung der Eidgenössischen Zollverwaltung im Rahmen von deren Weiterentwicklung, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2022 (AS 2020 2743).
