Preamble

The Swiss Federal Council,

on the basis of Article 26 of the Federal Act of 1 July 19661 on the Protection of Nature and Cultural Heritage (NCHA),
Article 44 paragraph 1 of the Environmental Protection Act of 7 October 19832 (USG), and in implementation of the Convention 19 September 19793 on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats,4

ordains:

sowie Artikel 44 Absatz 1 des Umweltschutzgesetzes vom 7. Oktober 19832 (USG), in Ausführung des Übereinkommens vom 19. September 19793 über die Erhaltung der europäischen wildlebenden Pflanzen und Tiere und ihrer natürlichen
Lebensräume,4
