Art. 9

1 The FOEN, the FOC or FEDRO are responsible for granting financial assistance.29

Art. 9

1 Für die Gewährung der Finanzhilfen ist das BAFU, das BAK oder das ASTRA zuständig.29

2 Diese Bestimmung gilt auch für die Artikel 14, 14a und, soweit es sich nicht um die Einleitung eines Enteignungsverfahrens handelt, 15 NHG.
