Art. 15

1 The Confederation may, by contract or, if this is not possible, by compulsory purchase, purchase or safeguard natural landscapes, historical sites and natural or cultural monuments of national importance. It may assign responsibility for administration to cantons, communes or organisations.45

2 The Compulsory Purchase Act46 applies.

Art. 15

1 Der Bund kann Naturlandschaften, geschichtliche Stätten oder Natur- und Kulturdenkmäler von nationaler Bedeutung vertraglich oder, wenn dies nicht möglich ist, auf dem Weg der Enteignung erwerben oder sichern. Er kann Kantone, Gemeinden oder Organisationen mit der Verwaltung betrauen.45

2 Das EntG46 ist anwendbar.
