Art. 6a Identifier in the UID register

The FSO may disclose the OASI number to the UID services that are also authorised to use it systematically if this is necessary to identify the person concerned in the register.

Art. 6a Personenidentifikator im UID-Register

Das BFS kann die AHV-Nummer UID-Stellen, welche die AHV-Nummer systematisch verwenden dürfen, bekannt geben, wenn die Bekanntgabe zur Identifizierung der betroffenen Person im Register erforderlich ist.
