1 The cantons prosecute and judge violations of the disclosure obligation in the case of surveys conducted by cantonal bodies, and violations of statistical secrecy by cantonal bodies.
2 The competent department prosecutes and judges the other offences in accordance with the procedural regulations of the Federal Act of 22 March 197425 on Administrative Criminal law.
3 In addition, the general provisions of the Criminal Code26 and Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 1974 on Administrative Criminal Law also apply.
1 Die Kantone verfolgen und beurteilen Verletzungen der Auskunftspflicht, wenn kantonale Organe eine Erhebung durchführen, und Verletzungen des Statistikgeheimnisses durch kantonale Organe.
2 Das zuständige Departement verfolgt und beurteilt die übrigen Widerhandlungen nach den Verfahrensvorschriften des Bundesgesetzes vom 22. März 197426 über das Verwaltungsstrafrechts.
3 Es gelten im Übrigen die allgemeinen Bestimmungen des Strafgesetzbuches27 und die Artikel 6 und 7 des Bundesgesetzes vom 22. März 1974 über das Verwaltungsstrafrechts.
