Art. 362 6. Notification in relation to pornography

If an investigating authority establishes that pornographic articles (Art. 197 para. 4) have been produced in or imported from a foreign state, it shall immediately notify the Federal Central Office for Combating Pornography.

Art. 362 6. Mitteilung bei Pornografie

Stellt eine Untersuchungsbehörde fest, dass pornografische Gegenstände (Art. 197 Abs. 4) in einem fremden Staate hergestellt oder von dort aus eingeführt worden sind, so informiert sie sofort die zur Bekämpfung der Pornografie eingesetzte Zentralstelle des Bundes.
