1. Any person who by using force, threats or false pretences, frees or assists in the escape of a person under arrest, a convicted prisoner or a person committed to an institution by official order shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.
2. If the act is committed by a mob, any person who participates in the mob shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.
Any participants who commits acts of violence against persons or property shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty of not less than 30 daily penalty units.372

1. Wer mit Gewalt, Drohung oder List einen Verhafteten, einen Gefangenen oder einen andern auf amtliche Anordnung in eine Anstalt Eingewiesenen befreit oder ihm zur Flucht behilflich ist, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
2. Wird die Tat von einem zusammengerotteten Haufen begangen, so wird jeder, der an der Zusammenrottung teilnimmt, mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
Der Teilnehmer, der Gewalt an Personen oder Sachen verübt, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe nicht unter 30 Tagessätzen bestraft.372
