1 Any person who wilfully but without criminal intent endangers the life and limb or the property of others through the use of explosives or toxic gases shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding five years or to a monetary penalty.
2 In minor cases, a fine may be imposed.
1 Wer vorsätzlich, jedoch ohne verbrecherische Absicht, oder wer fahrlässig durch Sprengstoffe oder giftige Gase Leib und Leben von Menschen oder fremdes Eigentum in Gefahr bringt, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
2 In leichten Fällen kann auf Busse erkannt werden.
