Art. 196 Sexual acts with minors against payment

Any person who carries out sexual acts with a minor or induces a minor to carry out such acts and who makes or promises payment in return shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.

Art. 196 Sexuelle Handlungen mit Minderjährigen gegen Entgelt

Wer mit einer minderjährigen Person sexuelle Handlungen vornimmt oder solche von ihr vornehmen lässt und ihr dafür ein Entgelt leistet oder verspricht, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
