Art. 8b

A Swiss court having jurisdiction for the main action also has jurisdiction for a third party action, provided a court in Switzerland has jurisdiction over such third party pursuant to this Act.

Art. 8b

Für die Streitverkündung mit Klage ist das schweizerische Gericht des Hauptprozesses zuständig, sofern gegen die streitberufene Partei ein Gerichtsstand in der Schweiz nach diesem Gesetz besteht.
