Art. 65c

Where the law applicable pursuant to Chapter 3 contains no provisions on registered partnerships, its marital law is applicable.

Art. 65c

Kennt das nach den Bestimmungen des dritten Kapitels anwendbare Recht keine Regeln über die eingetragene Partnerschaft, so ist dessen Eherecht anwendbar.
