1 The Swiss courts at the domicile or, in the absence of a domicile in Switzerland, those at the place of celebration of the marriage or the place of origin of either spouse have jurisdiction to hear an action for annulment of marriage.
2 The action is governed by Swiss law.
3 Articles 62 to 64 apply by analogy to interim measures and to the consequences of an annulment.
4 Foreign decisions on annulment of marriage are recognised in Switzerland if they were rendered in the state where the marriage was celebrated. Article 65 applies by analogy if the action was brought by one of the spouses.

1 Für Klagen auf Ungültigerklärung der Ehe sind die schweizerischen Gerichte am Wohnsitz eines Ehegatten oder, wenn ein Wohnsitz in der Schweiz fehlt, am Eheschliessungsort oder am Heimatort eines Ehegatten zuständig.
2 Die Klage untersteht schweizerischem Recht.
3 Für vorsorgliche Massnahmen und Nebenfolgen gelten die Artikel 62–64 sinngemäss.
4 Ausländische Entscheidungen, welche die Ungültigkeit einer Ehe feststellen, werden in der Schweiz anerkannt, wenn sie im Staat ergangen sind, in dem die Ehe geschlossen wurde. Ist die Klage durch einen Ehegatten eingereicht worden, gilt Artikel 65 sinngemäss.
