Where this Act does not provide for any other forum in Switzerland, the action to validate an attachment may be brought at the Swiss forum of the attachment.
Sieht dieses Gesetz keine andere Zuständigkeit in der Schweiz vor, so kann die Klage auf Prosequierung des Arrestes am schweizerischen Arrestort erhoben werden.
