In proceedings that have a factual connection the authorities and bodies concerned may coordinate their activities among themselves and with foreign authorities and bodies.

1 Wird der ausländische Kollokationsplan nicht anerkannt, so ist ein Überschuss an die Gläubiger der dritten Klasse mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz gemäss Artikel 219 Absatz 4 SchKG125 zu verteilen.126
2 Das Gleiche gilt, wenn der Kollokationsplan nicht innert der vom Richter angesetzten Frist zur Anerkennung vorgelegt wird.
