1 As an exception, the law referred to by this Act is not applicable if, considering all the circumstances, it is apparent that the case has only a very loose connection with that law and that the case has a much closer connection with another law.
2 This provision does not apply where a choice of law has been made.
1 Das Recht, auf das dieses Gesetz verweist, ist ausnahmsweise nicht anwendbar, wenn nach den gesamten Umständen offensichtlich ist, dass der Sachverhalt mit diesem Recht in nur geringem, mit einem anderen Recht jedoch in viel engerem Zusammenhang steht.
2 Diese Bestimmung ist nicht anwendbar, wenn eine Rechtswahl vorliegt.
