1 If two or more persons are in a legal relationship that calls for one single decision with effect for all of them, they must jointly appear as plaintiffs or be sued as joint defendants.
2 Procedural measures duly taken by one of the joint parties are likewise effective for the others, with the exception of challenging a decision.
1 Ist eine Partei offensichtlich nicht imstande, den Prozess selbst zu führen, so kann das Gericht sie auffordern, eine Vertreterin oder einen Vertreter zu beauftragen. Leistet die Partei innert der angesetzten Frist keine Folge, so bestellt ihr das Gericht eine Vertretung.
2 Das Gericht benachrichtigt die Erwachsenen- und Kindesschutzbehörde, wenn es Schutzmassnahmen für geboten hält.34
