Art. 386 Notice and deposit

1 Each party is served with notice of the award.

2 Each party may at his or her own expense deposit a copy of the award with the ordinary court that has jurisdiction under Article 356 paragraph 1.

3 At the request of a party, this court shall certify the award as enforceable.

Art. 385 Einigung der Parteien

Erledigen die Parteien während des Schiedsverfahrens die Streitsache, so hält das Schiedsgericht auf Antrag die Einigung in Form eines Schiedsspruches fest.
