1 For actions relating to rights in rem or possession of chattels or claims secured by charges on chattels, the court at the domicile or registered office of the defendant or at the place where the item is located has jurisdiction.
2 In non-contentious matters, the court at the domicile or registered office of the applicant or with the court at the place where the item is located has mandatory jurisdiction.
1 Für Klagen, welche dingliche Rechte, den Besitz an beweglichen Sachen oder Forderungen, die durch Fahrnispfand gesichert sind, betreffen, ist das Gericht am Wohnsitz oder Sitz der beklagten Partei oder am Ort der gelegenen Sache zuständig.
2 Für Angelegenheiten der freiwilligen Gerichtsbarkeit ist das Gericht am Wohnsitz oder Sitz der gesuchstellenden Partei oder am Ort der gelegenen Sache zwingend zuständig.
