Art. 27 Claims of the unmarried mother

The court at the domicile of either of the parties has mandatory jurisdiction over the claims of the unmarried mother.

Art. 27 Ansprüche der unverheirateten Mutter

Für Ansprüche der unverheirateten Mutter ist das Gericht am Wohnsitz einer der Parteien zwingend zuständig.
