Art. 254 Evidence

1 Evidence must be provided in the form of physical records.

2 Other evidence is admissible in the following cases:

a.
if the taking of evidence does not substantially delay the proceedings;
b.
if required by the purpose of the proceedings; or
c.
if the court must establish the facts ex officio.

Art. 253 Stellungnahme

Erscheint das Gesuch nicht offensichtlich unzulässig oder offensichtlich unbegründet, so gibt das Gericht der Gegenpartei Gelegenheit, mündlich oder schriftlich Stellung zu nehmen.
