Art. 238 Content

The decision contains:

a.
the designation and the composition of the court;
b
the place and date of the decision;
c.
the designation of the parties and their representatives;
d.
the conclusions;
e.
the persons and authorities to be served with the decision;
f.
instructions on appellate remedies unless the parties have waived their right to seek the same;
g.
the grounds for the decision, if applicable;
h.
the seal of the court.

Art. 237 Zwischenentscheid

1 Das Gericht kann einen Zwischenentscheid treffen, wenn durch abweichende oberinstanzliche Beurteilung sofort ein Endentscheid herbeigeführt und so ein bedeutender Zeit- oder Kostenaufwand gespart werden kann.

2 Der Zwischenentscheid ist selbstständig anzufechten; eine spätere Anfechtung zusammen mit dem Endentscheid ist ausgeschlossen.
