Art. 130 Form

1 Submissions must be filed with the court in the form of paper documents or electronically. They must be signed.

2 In the case of electronic submission, the submission and its enclosures must bear a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the Federal Act of 18 March 201651 on Electronic Signatures. The Federal Council shall regulate:

a.
the format for submissions and their attachments;
b.
the method of transmission;
c.
the requirements for requesting the submission of documents in paper form in the event of technical problems.

Art. 129

Das Verfahren wird in der Amtssprache des zuständigen Kantons geführt. Bei mehreren Amtssprachen regeln die Kantone den Gebrauch der Sprachen.
