Art. 13 Interim measures

Unless the law provides otherwise, the following court has mandatory jurisdiction to order interim measures:

a.
the court that has jurisdiction to decide the main action; or
b.
the court at the place where the measure is to be enforced.

Art. 13 Vorsorgliche Massnahmen

Soweit das Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt, ist für die Anordnung vorsorglicher Massnahmen zwingend zuständig das Gericht am Ort, an dem:

a.
die Zuständigkeit für die Hauptsache gegeben ist; oder
b.
die Massnahme vollstreckt werden soll.
