Art. 82

1 Any person who wilfully offers for sale or distributes his business documents, notices or advertisements of any nature, products or goods bearing a designation that creates the erroneous belief that the products or goods have patent protection is liable to a fine.186

2 The court may order the publication of the judgment.

Art. 82

1 Wer seine Geschäftspapiere, Anzeigen jeder Art, Erzeugnisse oder Waren vorsätzlich mit einer Bezeichnung in Verkehr setzt oder feilhält, die geeignet ist, zu Unrecht den Glauben zu erwecken, dass ein Patentschutz für die Erzeugnisse oder Waren besteht, wird mit Busse bestraft. 186

2 Der Richter kann die Veröffentlichung des Urteils anordnen.
