1 Any person who wilfully commits an act specified in Article 66 is, on complaint by the injured party, liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding one year or to a monetary penalty.182
2 The right to file a complaint shall lapse after six months from the day on which the injured party became aware of the identity of the offender.
3 If the offender acts for commercial gain, he shall be prosecuted ex officio. The penalty is a custodial sentence not exceeding five years or a monetary penalty. The custodial sentence shall be combined with a monetary penalty.183

1 Wer vorsätzlich eine Handlung nach Artikel 66 begeht, wird auf Antrag des Verletzten mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder Geldstrafe bestraft.182
2 Das Antragsrecht erlischt nach Ablauf von sechs Monaten seit dem Tag, an welchem dem Verletzten der Täter bekannt wurde.
3 Handelt der Täter gewerbsmässig, so wird er von Amtes wegen verfolgt. Die Strafe ist Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder Geldstrafe. Mit der Freiheitsstrafe ist eine Geldstrafe zu verbinden.183
