Art. 61

1 The Institute shall publish:

a.
the patent application with the particulars listed in Article 58a paragraph 2;
b.
the registration of the patent in the Patent Register, with the particulars listed in Article 60 paragraph 1bis;
c.
the cancellation of the patent in the Patent Register;
d.
any modifications registered in the Register concerning the validity of the patent and the right to the patent.153

3 The Institute shall determine the organ of publication.155

Art. 61

1 Das IGE veröffentlicht:

a.
das Patentgesuch mit den in Artikel 58a Absatz 2 aufgeführten Angaben;
b.
die Eintragung des Patents ins Patentregister, mit den in Artikel 60 Absatz 1bis aufgeführten Angaben;
c.
die Löschung des Patents im Patentregister;
d.
die im Register eingetragenen Änderungen im Bestand des Patents und im Recht am Patent.153
