Art. 19

1 Any person claiming a right of priority must file a declaration of priority and a priority document with the IPI.

2 The right of priority is forfeited if the time limits and formal requirements laid down by the Ordinance are not complied with.

Art. 19

1 Wer ein Prioritätsrecht beanspruchen will, hat dem IGE eine Prioritätserklärung abzugeben und einen Prioritätsbeleg einzureichen.

2 Der Prioritätsanspruch ist verwirkt, wenn die Fristen und Formerfordernisse der Verordnung nicht beachtet werden.
