Art. 145

1 Liability under civil law is regulated by the provisions in force at the time of the act concerned.

2 Article 75 and Article 77 paragraph 5 apply only to licence agreements that have been concluded or confirmed after the Amendment to this Act of 22 June 2007 comes into force.287

Art. 145

1 Die zivilrechtliche Verantwortlichkeit richtet sich nach den zur Zeit der Handlung geltenden Bestimmungen.

2 Die Artikel 75 und 77 Absatz 5 sind nur auf Lizenzverträge anwendbar, die nach Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 22. Juni 2007 dieses Gesetzes abgeschlossen oder bestätigt worden sind.287
