1 The IPI may revoke the extension of a certificate’s term of protection if this was granted in contravention of Article 140n or if it subsequently contravenes Article 140n.
2 Any person may lodge a request with the IPI for the extension of a term of protection to be revoked.
1 Das IGE kann eine Verlängerung der Schutzdauer eines Zertifikats widerrufen, wenn sie im Widerspruch zu Artikel 140n gewährt wurde oder wenn sie Artikel 140n nachträglich widerspricht.
2 Jede Person kann beim IGE einen Antrag auf Widerruf der Verlängerung der Schutzdauer stellen.
