Art. 37 Scope

The assistance provided by the FOCBS shall extend to the movement of unlawfully manufactured items into or out of the customs territory.

Die Hilfeleistung des BAZG erstreckt sich auf das Verbringen von widerrechtlich hergestellten Gegenständen ins oder aus dem Zollgebiet.
