Art. 34

1 The IPI shall cancel a design on its own initiative if, in the event of the deferment of publication, no representations are submitted (Art. 19 para. 3 DesA).

2 The IPI shall notify the right holder of the cancellation.

3 The cancellation of a design is free of charge.

Art. 34

1 Das IGE löscht von sich aus ein Design, wenn bei der aufgeschobenen Veröffentlichung keine Abbildungen eingereicht werden (Art. 19 Abs. 3 DesG).

2 Es benachrichtigt die Rechtsinhaberin über die Löschung.

3 Die Löschung eines Designs ist gebührenfrei.
