1 that belong to the same product class under the Locarno Agreement of 8 October 19688 Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs may be filed as a multiple application.
2 The Federal Council may limit the size and weight of multiple applications.
1 Designs, die nach dem Abkommen von Locarno vom 8. Oktober 19688 über die Errichtung der internationalen Klassifikation für gewerbliche Muster und Modelle derselben Klasse angehören, können in einer Sammelhinterlegung hinterlegt werden.
2 Der Bundesrat kann die Sammelhinterlegung hinsichtlich Grösse und Gewicht beschränken.
