Art. 67 Offences committed within a business

Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 197494 on Administrative Criminal Law apply to offences committed within a business by subordinates, agents or representatives.

Art. 67 Widerhandlungen in Geschäftsbetrieben

Bei Widerhandlungen in Geschäftsbetrieben, durch Untergebene, Beauftragte oder Vertreter gelten die Artikel 6 und 7 des Verwaltungsstrafrechtsgesetzes vom 22. März 197494.
