Art. 22 Repeal of current law

The following are repealed:

a.
the Implementing Ordinance of 7 February 194139 to the Federal Act on the Collection of Copyright Royalties;
b.
the Ordinance of the FDJP of 8 April 198240 on the Granting of Authorisations for the Exploitation of Copyrights;
c.
the Regulations of 22 May 195841 of the Federal Arbitration Commission on the Exploitation of Copyrights.

Art. 22 Aufhebung bisherigen Rechts

Es werden aufgehoben:

a.
die Vollziehungsverordnung vom 7. Februar 194139 zum Bundesgesetz betreffend die Verwertung von Urheberrechten;
b.
die Verordnung des EJPD vom 8. April 198240 über die Erteilung von Bewilligungen zur Verwertung von Urheberrechten;
c.
das Reglement vom 22. Mai 195841 der Eidgenössischen Schiedskommission betreffend Verwertung von Urheberrechten.
