Preamble

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

on the basis of Articles 95 and 122 of the Federal Constitution1,2 and having considered the Dispatch of the Federal Council dated 19 June 19893,

Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft,

gestützt auf die Artikel 95 und 122 der Bundesverfassung1,2
nach Einsicht in die Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 19. Juni 19893,

beschliesst:
