Art. 70 Unauthorised assertion of rights

Any person who, without the required authorisation (Art. 41), asserts copyright or related rights, the exploitation of which is subject to federal supervision (Art. 40), is liable to a fine.

Art. 70 Unerlaubte Geltendmachung von Rechten

Wer ohne erforderliche Bewilligung (Art. 41) Urheber- oder verwandte Schutzrechte geltend macht, deren Verwertung der Bundesaufsicht unterstellt ist (Art. 40), wird mit Busse bestraft.
