Art. 58 Administrative supervision

1 The Federal Department of Justice and Police is the administrative supervisory authority for the Arbitration Commission.

2 The Arbitration Commission shall submit an annual report to the Department on its activities.

1 Das Eidgenössische Justiz- und Polizeidepartement ist administrative Aufsichtsbehörde der Schiedskommission.

2 Die Schiedskommission erstattet dem Departement alljährlich Bericht über ihre Geschäftsführung.
