1 Where it may reasonably be expected, the users of works must provide the collective rights management organisations with all the necessary information for the determination and application of the tariffs and for distributing the proceeds in a form that corresponds to the state of the art and allows for automatic data processing.52
1bis Collective rights management organisations are entitled to exchange information received under this Article with one another, insofar as this is necessary for them to carry out their activities.53

1 Soweit es ihnen zuzumuten ist, müssen die Werknutzer und -nutzerinnen den Verwertungsgesellschaften alle Auskünfte, welche diese für die Gestaltung und die Anwendung der Tarife sowie für die Verteilung des Erlöses benötigen, in einer Form erteilen, die dem Stand der Technik entspricht und eine automatische Datenverarbeitung zulässt.52
1bis Verwertungsgesellschaften sind berechtigt, die nach diesem Artikel erhaltenen Auskünfte untereinander auszutauschen, soweit dies zur Ausübung ihrer Tätigkeit erforderlich ist.53
2 Die Verwertungsgesellschaften sind verpflichtet, Geschäftsgeheimnisse zu wahren.
