Art. 37 Rights of broadcasting organisations

A broadcasting organisation has the exclusive right:

a.
to retransmit its broadcasts;
b.
to make its broadcasts perceptible;
c.
to fix its broadcasts on blank media and to reproduce such fixations;
d.
to offer, transfer or otherwise distribute copies of the fixations of its broadcast;
e.41
to make its broadcasts available through any kind of medium in such a way that persons may access them from a place and at a time individually chosen by them.

Art. 37 Rechte der Sendeunternehmen

Das Sendeunternehmen hat das ausschliessliche Recht:

a.
seine Sendung weiterzusenden;
b.
seine Sendung wahrnehmbar zu machen;
c.
seine Sendung auf Ton‑, Tonbild- oder Datenträger aufzunehmen und solche Aufnahmen zu vervielfältigen;
d.
die Vervielfältigungsexemplare seiner Sendung anzubieten, zu veräussern oder sonst wie zu verbreiten;
e.41
seine Sendung mit irgendwelchen Mitteln so zugänglich zu machen, dass Personen von Orten und zu Zeiten ihrer Wahl dazu Zugang haben.
