231.1 Bundesgesetz vom 9. Oktober 1992 über das Urheberrecht und verwandte Schutzrechte (Urheberrechtsgesetz, URG)
Art. 24a Temporary copies
The making of temporary copies of a work is permitted if:
- a.
- they are transient or incidental;
- b.
- they represent an integral and essential part of a technological process;
- c.
- their sole purpose is to enable a transmission of the work in a network between third parties by an intermediary or a lawful use of the work; and
- d.
- they have no independent economic significance.
Art. 24a Vorübergehende Vervielfältigungen
Die vorübergehende Vervielfältigung eines Werks ist zulässig, wenn sie:
- a.
- flüchtig oder begleitend ist;
- b.
- einen integralen und wesentlichen Teil eines technischen Verfahrens darstellt;
- c.
- ausschliesslich der Übertragung in einem Netz zwischen Dritten durch einen Vermittler oder einer rechtmässigen Nutzung dient; und
- d.
- keine eigenständige wirtschaftliche Bedeutung hat.
