1 Obligations under the articles of association to pay additional capital contributions that were established before this Act comes into force and that exceed twice the nominal value of the capital contributions, remain legally valid and may only be reduced by following the procedure under Article 795c.
2 Otherwise, the new provisions apply after this Act comes into force, in particular in relation to the call for additional capital contributions.
1 Wurden in Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung, die im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Gesetzes im Handelsregister eingetragen sind, keine dem Ausgabebetrag aller Stammanteile entsprechenden Einlagen geleistet, so müssen diese innerhalb von zwei Jahren erbracht werden.
2 Bis zur vollständigen Leistung der Einlagen in der Höhe des Stammkapitals haften die Gesellschafter nach Artikel 802 des Obligationenrechts in der Fassung vom 18. Dezember 1936847.
