Art. 822 I. Resignation

1 A company member may apply to the court to for leave to resign for good cause.

2 The articles of association may grant company members the right to resign and make this subject to certain conditions.

Art. 820 E. Drohende Zahlungsunfähigkeit, Kapitalverlust und Überschuldung

Die Bestimmungen des Aktienrechts zur drohenden Zahlungsunfähigkeit, zum Kapitalverlust, zur Überschuldung sowie zur Aufwertung von Grundstücken und Beteiligungen sind entsprechend anwendbar.
