The retrospective introduction or amendment of obligations to make additional financial or material contributions under the articles of association requires the consent of all the company members concerned.
1 Eine statutarische Nachschusspflicht darf nur dann herabgesetzt oder aufgehoben werden, wenn das Stammkapital und die gesetzlichen Reserven voll gedeckt sind.
2 Die Vorschriften über die Herabsetzung des Stammkapitals sind entsprechend anwendbar.
