Art. 794 C. Liability of the company members

The company is liable for its obligations to the extent of the company assets only.

Art. 791 IV. Eintragung ins Handelsregister

Die Gesellschafter sind mit der Anzahl und dem Nennwert ihrer Stammanteile ins Handelsregister einzutragen.
